If you leave your employer, the following steps will occur regarding your HealthNow account and card:
Removal from System:
Your employer will remove you from the HealthNow system upon your departure.
Deactivation of Card:
As a result of being removed from the system, your HealthNow card will cease to be active.
Transition Process:
You will no longer have access to your HealthNow benefits and account features.
