You can unblock your HealthNow card directly through your HealthNow app. Here's how you can unblock your card using the app:
- Login to your HealthNow app on your mobile device or access it through your web browser.

Once logged in, locate the section for card management or settings within the app.
Look for options related to card security/ card management or a card icon on your app. - Select the option to block your card within the app.
Follow the prompts or instructions provided to confirm and complete the card unblocking process.
Alternatively, you can contact the Health & Wellbeing representative of your organisation, who looks after the HealthNow account for your organisation and they can unblock the card on your behalf.
